Safety Compliance Tester

The Safety Compliance Tester can perform quality inspection tests and quality control for the entire motor. The system uses an industrial computer for centralized control, completing all test items with a single wiring connection, and automatically analyzes, judges, statistics, stores, and prints the test results (the printer is to be provided by the buyer). All user parameters can be preset for invocation during testing.

Test Items:DC Low Resistance, Insulation Resistance, Electrical Strength (Leakage Current Test), Interturn Impulse Test.

1、Winding DC Low Resistance

Apply DC to both ends of the winding, measure the temperature and winding resistance under the current environment, and convert it to the resistance value at a specified temperature (20°C or 25°C). It includes judgment of resistance value and resistance unbalance.

Test range 5mΩ～20000Ω

Measurement accuracy ±（0.2% reading +5 digits）

4、 Interturn

Apply an impulse voltage of a certain amplitude and waveform to both ends of the winding, compare the oscillation waveform with the standard waveform, and assess the degree of difference between the waveforms.

Interturn waveform comparison requires two methods: 1. Comparison with the sampled waveform. 2. Mutual comparison between two windings.
